Android app

Hello. I've been thinking about this time by time.. Then ditch it because I'm unable to figure out how to get the funds for this.

So basically, I wanted to create an app through everyone will have get rewards as in form of money just for planting a tree/plant or cleaning or keeping their house nearby or streets clean,

But now just now I saw an ad of local celebrity requesting everyone to send them a pic of planing a tree and only one will be chosen a winner.

So following this same method, what can be added or improve this idea so that it's very attractive to the audience.

I know just an app cannot bring a massive change in the adult mind. If something needs to be changed in the society, the next generation of little kids mind need to be programmed in accordance so that it's natural for them to do a certain thing.
Look at Japan, their kids learn these things at a young age in school so it becomes their habit to keep clean and neat and their surroundings, housed as well.

Anyway, went off topic there. So if I were to choose one winner out of many who had planted a tree or plant, then how would I get the money funds from to give him rewards?

Second idea is that, I wanted to build an app for local freelancers mainly for students via which local people will hire a particular student seeing their portfolio for a specific price set by the student Himself for his services like cleaning, gardening or anything!!!

I have already bought domain name + hosting.

Go to your uncle or friends and ask.
And after to the local store managers people with little power and you have to make your pitch very good and how it would help people and how they will get a return for sure.

I think the best kind of funding source would be corporate sponsorship, companies are keen to show how eco friendly they are so they may go for this...
