I have made loads on the iOS app store, but someone help me out on the Android store.

I've ported a couple of my apps to the Android platform, and they are getting zero downloads on the Android platform.

I have my own marketing service for iOS and I can get all the real downloads I want on there, but where do I start on Android.

With experience, do reviews, downloads, and store position really help on Android like they do on iOS or not as much.

I think IOS is stricter than google play. I am also looking for service to get my game on the top at apple store.

Store position is key to getting downloads. Just like in the iOS App Store, you must maintain a certain number of downloads a day to retain your current position. Also, retention is important. i.e if you get 10000 downlaods in one day and all 10000 people remove your app the next day, your position will drop considerably (which is why using tapjoy is terrible unless you can afford 100000+ PPI). From experience, the app world is brutal and even great apps are seldom noticed. You need a decent app and a marketing/promotion strategy to make it work. One of the cheapest ways to market is using an already successful app (either yours or a buddy's) to cross market your new apps. Also, PR on major android review sites like android police would help immensely.

wow that's informative, but do you know any service that offer reviews, other than fiverr kids

I do offer Google play app downloads, ratings, reviews and Google+ share. Feel free to contact me if you still need it.
