I'm in search of an application that is suitable for managing my private residential HTTP proxies on my Android phone, do you have any suggestions for free and user-friendly app for the IP : PORT : USER : PASS proxies format ?

You can use ProxyDroid app to run proxies in your android device, but you will have to root your mobile device in order to get some permissions from the system to use this app and run proxies in your device without any interruption.
