I will not do it, but since I was Android dev for 11 years, I will tell you to choose your freelancer very carefuly. This project demands Kotlin, but also C knowledge (chromium compilation demands C knowledge). So don't take the first guy who will offer low price. Just the advice Regular android dev will not do it
