I had my old Play Console account closed unfairly. Then I created a new one with different info and uploaded an app. Got a service on fiverr that provided me testers. My account got removed halfway without the app being published. What might be the reason that it's closed? Is it fake testers that caused the problem

It is very likely that it is because of your old account that was closed. However, Google has definitely not been kind to new developers since last year. I had many customers whose accounts were closed during the testing period. It would be better to get an old Google developer account and continue on your way.

It is probably caused by the association between the two accounts. Did you publish the same app?

currently very difficult to meet the google play tester requirement on new developer account and old developer accounts are harder to verify. Be sure not to post the same source or build from same machine
