Android and IOS app

I need an android and IOS Application built that will require knowledge of the following:


-'App reskinning' - using available source codes and modifying them to the specific needs of the project to quickly build apps.


-Usage of AppWarp and or Nextpeer to quickly add social and community features


-basic customized needs of the app... specs will be given. Basically knowlege of storing local data/sql queries for the local data. There are less than 5 tables to be used in the local data.


i need this done quickly and professionally with skype access ~ imbotz.
