Andriod app Help needed?

I launched a JOBS andriod app recently for jobs seekers

User after downloading the app he has to sigh up by facebook or by email and determine his city and jobs required, so we can send him/her notification when new related jobs posted

I have several problems:

1 - Sign up/ Install Ratio is less than 70%, is it mean that people don't like to sign up

Do u think it is better to cancel "Sign up" and keep it open for anyone who download it?

2- I have more than 2k sign up now, and I see almost Zero impressions in Admob
Although I checked it on my mobile and it is working, do u have any idea why?

3- I checked from other people mobile and i don't see any Ads? why? although it is the same mobile version

1-i think you need some social exposure for your app, like FB, twitter, Instagram ...

users will give their review about the app, in social media

2- you should open the app for first time you launched the app, and after receiving installs and reviews you can announce to your users an update about signup via email or FB

Yeah, I also think about Social Media. Within a shortest of time Social Media can give huge reviews for your app.

You need a plan to promote your app.
1. Boost your app install to abt 5000-10000k. - with my exp: "Over 34% of app downloads come from top rated app listings"
2.Buying some reviews for you apps
3.Promote it on social media network

To pay for app installs and reviews is risky and they might remove the app from playstore. Its better to promote (light spam) on social medias and get real installs.

the risk is when buying reviews and ratings, but for installs there is not risk unless you use bots or emulators, I can confirm now that 60 per cent of apps buy installs from trusted sources with real users like cpi networks

the hard part is always maintain the engagement of your users and keep them inside the app
