And another Google Core Update

Let Suppose!
My keyword is "xx (services or product) London".
So, according to the update, should I use it as it is or like this: "xx (services or product) in London".
~ as google always says more for users and not for the crawler.
Which will be more beneficial or if anyone has more aspects in mind like that please mention.

Good news guys, the update was completed on September 3rd you dont have to worry until the next update.

Is it just me, or are sites using Mediavine Journey getting hit during this update? My site got hit and lost almost 70 percent traffic. I've also seen one site listed on Motion Invest using Journey getting smashed. It's too early to say for sure, but I'm wondering if Google might not be liking sites that aren't using AdSense or are using other alternatives. Anyone else noticing this trend?
Been browsing motion invest and a few other marketplaces the past year and only like 1 out of 500 are really good and strong sites. The majority of the sites are absolute spam and not even worth analyzing. Bought a site a while back that looked very promising but still AI bullshit. It had survived the Google March update but did take a small hit in the August update. Down about 30% so not complaining, it'll bounce back eventually.

And the Mediavine Journey theory I don't see anything to support it. All my sites on Journey are just fine.

Google needs to improve itself more because it looks like it will pass OpenAI

interesting

Another Google core update rolling out, "The rollout may take up to a month to complete."

What are your thoughts about this one?
What is going to change?
Do you think we can see some recoveries from the March Update?
Please share your thoughts:

"Today, we launched our August 2024 core update to Google Search. This update is designed to continue our work to improve the quality of our search results by showing more content that people find genuinely useful and less content that feels like it was made just to perform well on Search.

This latest update takes into account the feedback we've heard from some creators and others over the past few months. As always, we aim to connect people with a range of high quality sites, including small or independent sites that are creating useful, original content, when relevant to users' searches. This is an area we'll continue to address in future updates. This update also aims to better capture improvements that sites may have made, so we can continue to show the best of the web.

We've also updated our help page about core updates, which includes more in-depth guidance for those who may see changes after an update."
All these updates will target AI content in some way.

Google Core Update is a major algorithm update, I think that's a good thing

Organic rankings have seen a decline. Also seeing a lot of discrepancies in the GA4 data

Love it, makes more money from clients with every update. Thank you Google.

I am not sure about other updates, but for this one, I've been double-busy as I received double orders, emails, and inquiries than normal for the last two weeks. You know that Woocommerce has a new "Origin" column on the admin - orders page, well, most recent orders read "Organic: Google".

Sometimes it may be helpful for all users but sometimes it many not. Let's see what happens.
