* Only the ****** link must be opened when clicking on an ****** link, no other links / windows.

Sure - For the UK market I was using a special offer on a Canon camera. Nobody actually bought one of them but with the 24 hr cookie and the volume of traffic you stand a good chance of other sales which is what I got. I noticed during the brief time I used it that people were buying psp games, dvds, iphone cases - that sort of thing. This of course ties into the profile of the people using the adfly shortning service....

USA - I was using a Kindle offer and again, nobody bought it just more smaller items but plenty of them......

Well, ****** paused my campaign but I can still login to my amazon account so I'm guessing it's still OK. I think the problem is ****** sends too much traffic too fast. It raises some redflag. Normally SEO traffic is not like that.

I see so many of my friend get banned from Amazon using adfly.
I personally have not used it as I have more better way ... SEO

Seem's alot of people are still using it. I'm still mostly getting amazon ad's when using the shortner.

Yes that is against their TOS. Instead of using cloaked URL, you could have used a page with a big arrow pointing to the Amazon page.

@imserious I want to follow your suggestion but want to make sure I understand what you are suggesting.

1) Setup a webpage with link to my amazon product that I am promoting. Place a large arrow on the page pointing to the link and with simple instructions to click the link

2) Open my adfly account and set up a campaign using the link to my webpage rather than an amazon link

I'm asking for clarification because I'm not sure how you violate the terms of service by simply using adfly

I think that might work, but you know what they can always pinpoint something wrong in the traffic...

did you lose both accounts in UK and USA - I only lost my USA account - UK account still alive and kicking - same login - but for how long I don't know - both had ****** sent to it

CPA didn't seem to work for me over 2000 clicks - 2 sales, another 2000 clicks no sales - wrong product/offer - maybe??

don't know why amazon wouldn't like this - sales were made and a lot of them - possibly dubious sites that the ads appeared alongside might be one reason though!!

I think that amazon says that you cannot use they name in any ppc blah blah blah campaign.
so you are paying for ****** ads with them showing a direct link to Amazon
They could see this a you using there name on a ppc ad even though the traffic goes
strait to them..
I think people have to click on a link and then go to Amazon -

ANY WAY this method works on my PPV champaigns

The reasons for the ban was because of 'using transitional page advertisements to send traffic to the Amazon site' I don't think my redirect came into play here, its just the type of ads causing the problem (transitional).

Strangley enough no, the UK account which is the same as your setup (same login) seems to have escaped, its just the US one which was canned...so far..

Yes, this is what i was talking about. Though just want to clarify that i have not tried it.
The TOS condition is that you can not send visitors directly to Amazon from an AD, You have to have a landing page and that is what your referrer should be.

I checked ****** website and they don't allow adult. From what I heard they shave click from their publishers, I don't know about their advertisers.

Just a suggestion, why not make a landing page with meta refresh, URL is affiliate link and content 1 or 2 seconds? With this way, basically the visitors are from landing page instead of ad, so it violates nothing.

My Amazon account was also shut down with a few hundred bucks in it for using Adfly. I couldn't believe it as my earnings started going through the roof! Apparently our dear friends at Amazon don't like "transitional ads" or "interstitial ads" which is the same.

It's basically cooking stuffing and Amazon frown on it.

How about adfly to your landing page. (with no meta refresh)

Have the products on your landing page with a "Click Here" button to Amazon.

So no thousands of traffic to Amazon to get suspicious over. And only quality leads to Amazon to masturbate over.

Yeah shouldn't that work? You bait ppl to your site with a big image + cheap price and there's your amazon ad/review/button to bring them to amazon (with aff id).
CTR will surely be smaller, but amazon should be ok with it, or am I wrong?
