I'm looking for a WP Plugin that I can select a keyword and insert a url to create an anchor text link throughout the page or site. Also be able to limit the number of occurrences.

Just go to your WP plug-ins page and enter Word 2 Cash it works perfectly!

If you want to insert URL of tags, you can use simple tags plugin

Thanks for your reply breakaway, unfortunately that uses nofollow and can't limit limit the number of occurrences. I want **************** bcuz this is for my blogs to send link pop to my money sites.

I might have to have this developed for me bcuz I haven't seen it anywhere.

I saw one which fulfills all your requirements. I can not remember the name but the latest version was at 2009 and was working great at WP3. I saw it at wp plugin database.
