Anchor text for Inner Pages?

For the the homepage, I use mainly branded but for the inner pages what anchors would you use?

Inners have low competition so will not need many links.

I interlink from other pages.

How do i use branded for inners?
Does it look normal to use branded for inners like ie: BHW achnor going to bhw.com/googlebs.
