Anchor Text for Blog Comments?

For manual blog comments, do you usually insert your anchor text backlink in the comment content or as the "NAME" and than your backlink as the "WEBSITE"?

What about for Scrapebox blasts? Where is it optimal to have the backlink (with anchor text). What if the comment form doesn't accept HTML? Pretty confused, would be good to know how exactly you guys do this. Thanks!

Name : Anchor text
Email: Any email you want, doesn't matter
Site: Websites to backlink
Comments: Lots of good comments, make sure to have a lot of them and spin them
Blogs: Blogs to comment on

That's all in scrapebox format

So yes, Anchor text is in the "Name" and the sites you want to backlink is under website

As the above post references, put the keyword in the Name box. Not in the comment body. Most comment bodies do not allow you to link using <a> tags, so you wont be able to use it as anchor text any way.

Isn't this only permissible for AA blogs? What about the higher PR non AA blogs? How do you get anchor text backlinks from those blog comments? Or, do we not do that and just use our actual name to pass link juice?

Yes.

A link in context will always be better. The only reason we but it in the name/website field is because most sites does not accept urls in the comment field.

For blog comments that actually gets moderated, it is pretty tough to pass an anchor text as your name. It just stands out like a sore thumb to any webmaster and I would say it gets flagged as spam or deleted more than anything else. I would use a real name for the name part.

For the comment, I would try really hard to make it relevant to the blog post, otherwise it would get flagged again.

我个人认为不能形成锚文本就直接留网址上去也是可以，比如说：你们觉得这个网站...怎么样，只是这个技巧不好掌握。

Yes, the anchor text is the "Name" field. In Scrapebox, you can load the URLs into Scrapebox in the following format:
yourwebsite.com {keyword1 | keyword2 | keyword3}
Then it will pick one of the keywords as the anchor text, and will ignore the list of Names file.

slightly off topic, but I see blogs where there are hundreds if not thousands of comments, some are quite high pr, maybe 5, is there any point adding a comment on these blogs? I dont imagine google would get to your link.
