anchor text calculation

Hello, I use Semrush for watching the anchor texts, The report groups anchor text according to RD and backlinks, so there are things like 5333 backlinks with naked url anchor text, but coming from 1 domain, and there is another anchor text which is coming from 54 backlinks in 12 RD ...? Which one is important, anchor text cominf from 5333 backlinks from 1 RD is calculated as 1 anchor text or 5333 ? Thanks in adnvance
