Is there any page on Instagram, or maybe third party with analytics for Instagram? I would like to do some research about niches and see which one is the best to go for.

Nope, you won't find analytics except for published stats like followers or likes a competitor may have.

I see... well to be honest, that's quite a limitation, but I guess I'll do research on FB instead, as it's pretty much the same.

Luckily for you guys, the research has already been done. I've been keeping track of all the successful niches that I've come across in the last 6 months since I started my Instagram business. I sent both of you a PM.
