Anyone know how long it takes for google analytics to refresh? Because it says 0 views for my website. And I ordered 1000 views to my site.. I also clicked on it myself with different proxies/tor etc. and am getting nothing!

Wtf? lol It's been like 15hrs and not updated.. Any ideas?

    Thanks.

P.S. If it takes a long time for analytics to process, will it process all of the views that came 12 hrs ago, or will it only process views after it gets going? Also, say you have had 1000 viewers to your site, and then you set up analytics. If after you set up analytics say you get 100 more views. Will analytics show 1100 views, or only 100?

Yeah, you won't see anything until it comes out of the que and hits the system tomorrow. That 15 hours isn't long enough of a time to wait. Give it until tomorrow.

    Eskimo is right.

SIDE NOTE: This thread was also already discussed in detail days ago.

    1. Google Analytics sucks!

    2. Updates ever 24 hours (BOO!)

    3. I sold 10,000 pageviews to a BHW member and Google Analytics said I only delivered him a little over 1,000. Obviously the guy was disappointed but I swear on my BHW rep that I did deliver what I promised in full and ontime exactly to the T as requested.

F|_|CKING google analytics making me look bad.

it actually updates every couple of hours, but if you check the period it is displaying it always shows yesterday as the latest data. so you got to:
first select whatever period day/week/month/year uinder the Overview Page(first page after login/dashboard).
then select the website and on the next page click on the date period drop down menu and select the period manually.

For example for today it shows(monthly):
    Dec 28, 2008 - Jan 27, 2009

You need to change this to:
    Dec 27, 2008 - Jan 28, 2009 or
    Jan 28, 2009 - Jan 28, 2009

    Hope this helps.

    Cheers!!

Thanks for the replies guys. Helped me out but now I have another problem lol.

I order 5k traffic to test out the traffic, and analytics is only showing 250 visitors, not 5k.. The person I order from (some guy with high itrader on DP) told me that analytics is unreliable.. But really!? Could it only measure 5% of the actual views? huh?
