Analytics shows 80+ while awstats shows 1000+ uniques, why this big difference?

For my wordpress site, Google analytics data shows only 80+ unique visitors to my site where as in awstats its 1000+ for July.

Why there is huge difference? Does anybody have such problem? Am I missing something

may be awstats is counting pageviews not uv

Nope, its showing page view as 2900+ where as in analytics its 110+. I think there is something wrong with analytics?

Analytics not show real stats and this huge difference its Amazing.

something is definitely going wrong with analytics.
