analysing google ads results

I have created several campaigns on many google ads accounts without goal conversion or anything, I just create and run campaign without goal.
but I have a lot of search terms and date need to be dig it.
is there any tool that can analyse those results and show me the winning keywords. audience and other factors just from the data available.

If you've not set up any conversion tracking related settings in the Google Ads campaign AND you've not set up any analytics on your website related to conversions, then there is no effective way to track any conversions, nor will you be able to effectively relate search terms to converions using any 3rd party tools. To track conversions, you need to atleast set up some conversions related analytics on your website and preferably https://support.google.com/google-ads/answer/6095821?hl=en in the Google Ads campaign.
