analyse a site for its keywords etc

Hi

So I have jumped in at the deep end a little and started to suspect my keywords where not so great. I started to read the A100k ebook on the way back from London yesterday and one of the firefox plunin was quakeseo which gave you a PR for a site and I started to see that the sites I was up against where all PR0 PR3 with only 1 PR4..

So my question is this. Is there a good tool that looks at the page to see what keywords and stuff they are using to rank so I can match or better that site?

keyword tracker- this tells you keywords
link tracker- this tells you where they are linking to..
