Hello guys,
A friend of mine's father is sick from Leukimia, that's what made my friend to search for a medical pill online. He found a medicine in famous Indian site (similar like ebay, do not know if I am able to mention the name) and ordered it from a guy on this site. He paid him through Western Union, because guy said that he will send the medicine after he sees the money. But few days passed now and there's no word from him, seems like he got scammed..
Do you guys know if he can get his money back somehow?

Highly unlikely. Pretty sure the coverage only applies on credit cards and even then I don't think it applies if you willingly/knowingly send someone the money. I don't think your bank will pay you back when falling for a scam.

plenty of legalities to set-up an online pharma business in India, therefore even major names in the domestic industry are not present. In all possibilities it is a scam!

I'm not sore the money will come or not but think well before you are going to decide or invest something in future. It's good for all.

He got scammed, admit it and move on.

BTW, Leukemia now can be 64% chance cured completely, Google CAR-T please.

Thank you very much I told him about that, better to invest money in it rather than falling for scammers online..
