Hello BHW, I have this little issue and I don't know what better way to resolve it than to create awareness. I've tried to get a refund from Traffic Vance since 06/28, but their excuse is always that they'd get my email in "spam". My manager is no help at all since the start of working with them, my emails kept going into her "spam" folder as well when I asked for any help. Messaging her on skype is a hassle( I practically never get a response ), that's one of the biggest reasons why I wanted the refund. It's been about 20 days since the original message, my manager said she'd take care of it. Then after some hassle on 07/02 I finally got a response asking for my wire details, I sent them. Then on 07/10 I sent an email to my manager Heather Lyon, still no response to this day. I finally had enough and on 07/15 I sent the financial team an email and said my original email with my wire details was "found" in the spam folder and that they will add it to a next refund batch. When asking, 1 minute after I received the response, about when will the next refund batch take place I am yet to receive a response. So maybe BHW could help me out? Has anyone faced a similar problem with them before? It seems they want to prolong this whole ordeal as long as possible. As well my account got blocked the same day I asked for a refund, but I didn't receive any message from any party until I contacted them again.
