i have travel site and i was thinking offering a service of personalise travel agent that will do search hotel flights activities calculate budget etc give guide of place maybe a ebook about the destination for fixed rate of 10$ for whole trip
i did a lot of travel so i know very good about it
i dont know if it might work

i know there a site that offer 10$ a month for best travel deals and have 100 000 subcribers

Sounds good, if a little cheap. I'd split the services up, offer a basic service with upsells
