I'd love to say I came up with this but the truth is I just saw it in this month's Net magazine.
Basically, the idea is to advertise ONLY on adword blocks placed on the google site, not on any third-party site.

Traditionally, ads displayed on third-party sites via Google's AdSense publisher programme have a reputation for lower click-through and conversion rates, not to mention higher click-fraud. But it's easy to disable this feature for each campaign within Google AdWords. Google refers to AdSense ads as the "Content network", so simply uncheck this option when you create each campaign (it's switched on by default). If you want to use the Network in future, it's possible to target individual sites through the placement targeting tool, or to exclude individual sites. You can also set a lower maximum cost per click.
