You can add watermark to the short video contain the QR and when they scan that QR code they can send money to your wallet in the qr code

I see it on groups. Huge groups of tens/hundreds of thousands of people, "marketplaces" something like "Frankfurt 2nd hand market". It has to be groups so large they are not managed by the admins, so you can post whatever you like.
