An idea for Site Flippers

So I was thinking about this on my way back from the dentist today and thought I would share it, To be honest I don't know if this is the right section to share it but i will post it anyways. It might be a bit blackhat but hey thats what we are here for.

So this is my idea so you have just spent months building a site and you put all the content in and decide to sell, but as you were building it you are getting a lot of uv's for yourself, now usally you have a lot of uv's and don't want to lose them, so how do we go about this, Well one idea is this, at the bottom of the page you have a link saying, this page is created by http://www.mydomain.whatever and when you sell the page that condition that web design is your main source of income so could they please leave this on, yes that bit is obvious, now for the next bit.
You create an I frame place it on the page so as whenever traffic goes to the site it actually shows up for one of your other main sites. Now most people who know about web pages will know this and get rid of it, but there are a few people who know nothing about web design and buy web pages because they want to skip all the design bit and just want to deal with adding content to a page already designed for them so you should or would get away with this.

Anyway it's just an idea maybe someone could take this idea and spin it a bit or add to it whatever. Hope this is useful to someone.

Thanks, My way of thinking was if you had other sites you may want to flip and sell, you could use this method to make your other sites look like they are getting lots of uv's, example if you have a rubbish niche that attracts no-one then you could do the above just to make it look like you are getting a lot of uv's.

Its a good idea actually and could work especially if you encode the iframe code with javascript. And if they ask about the encoded code just say its a hit monitor. And if you are really good you can sell traffic to other users from the site you sold.
