Ok, but next time, try to dedicate a few minutes of your time writing what your post is about, perhaps not everyone is aware of keyword stuffing and other banned tricks.
 
What the hell KW did you even find these guys on google for in the first place?
 
No offense, but what bullshit did you just post on BHW? You post a random link without explaining anything and off you go. Keyword stuffing was outed 1000 years ago, how the heck does it relate to the penguin?
 
Firstly, this website is not that bad. It could be corrected easily.

Secondly, these techniques stopped working in like 2007, not as of penguin.
 
But have you tried tryping get junked and they rank 1
