For me UK as UK based ads. Had a 100+ people apply overnight.. crazy days. Think Im going to have to setup a mini dating blog and get the "candidates" to click through from there as struggling to get CPA approval at the moment.
 
I did a test on the Craigs List method of offering work to writers. It converted to sales under 20%. I recommend sending some other traffic as that will get flagged as too high.

I also send traffic to the dating site by going into chat rooms. There I put in my profile that I have more pics, info about me etc and the link. That does about 10% conversions.

Mix it up! Stay under the radar and these are great methods.
I dont think the conversions on the dating site to upgrade are gonna be 0. They have to be pretty bad anyways, so I do not fear a problem with that, but I could be wrong.

itrader2, how do you send 'other traffic' in order to stay under the radar? Do you mean Organic Traffic? (From Blogs, etc?)

Also, as far as Ofline Marketing goes I can totally see it working
Colleges, Universities, High Schools,
... I can even see someone paying some kid $50 with 10,000 copies of black&white paper with "EARN MONEY FAST! 40$ UNDER 20 MINUTES!", and hand it out to people in downtown, and to the local buildings

and as for the problem of where the traffic is coming from. i don't think it would matter since they're visiting the link from your email, not CL. Or do they not like traffic coming from emails as well?
 
I was just going to start with classifieds and this is a great twist for it, thanks a lot for sharing with us dude, your ideea is gold and can be used in many ways.
 
I think the lead quality might come back and bit you eventually but nonethless if you can get an unsaturated place to try it...

I'm kinda leaning towards the percentage because they bump you down to the low performance account if you don't get the 1 paid membership for PPM

Whoa, some methods should be kept under wraps. So many good rev streams become saturated due to info spilling. Also leads to rule changes that end up hurting everyone's money.

Bet 5 people here copy paste that exact pitch-word for word:(
