An App Creation Joint Venture

The other day I was talking to a friend of mine & I came up with the idea of an app. I am low on funds to have it developed but I figured maybe I can partner up with someone to get the website, app and all the technical details taken care of. If I have to pay money out, I rather do it through some sort of revenue share.

We want to build this on iPhone & Droid platforms.

I can assure you. It will be a great project that the potential will turn into great money, and most likely be bought out. I have had several of my colleagues & peers around me tell me it was a great & funny idea that will gain traction.

I figured with my marketing, traffic and SEO resources with whomever decides to take the technical aspect on. We can split everything 50/50.

Also if you do decide you rather hear the business idea and you can come in as an investor. I am fully prepared to present a business plan and projected outlook of this project to deem it worthy of gaining any funds.

I have the marketing plan that will make this successful. I am constantly testing and feeling out new traffic, I about six months ago devised a software with this same team that I am still in development with and constantly testing and tweaking it. The app is a parody of another app.

I have the way that it should be designed and how it will be targeted.

It's a bit on the snarky, and crude humor side. However the business plan layout will make it worth while.

I decided to openly post my "general" idea. I plan on making a parody of an app. I have the entire plan put together, the development, the creatives, the nuts & bolts of everything.

What I am looking for is someone who is willing to start a business with me to make apps, then promote them. While we are still in the infancy, we can market ourselves to help others with their apps so we can understand the business together.

I am a pretty driven and resourceful guy. I know the ins/outs of marketing. Yet, I am looking to leverage because I can't afford to put all my eggs in one basket, yet I can't afford to let the idea sit on the side burner. I am a researcher, tester and implementer so I have polled over several hundred people who I have spent countless hours with.

Even if the app doesn't become the next Zynga or some other popular app. It will BECOME popular & gain traction.

I have an exit strategy, entrance, and milestone placements. I am only predicting, but I have started talking to a designer team & programming team. I would like to try to keep it local as then it's easier to manage and see where this goes.

I believe firmly this is a win/win situation for anyone looking to come in at something & build it up. Maybe we sell it in 6 months or 6 years. I hope that it becomes a lasting relationship whether a mentor, business partner or just an observer offering their few cents.
