Hello everyone,
I have downloaded AMR trial and after I try to run it I keep getting this message:
"Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application will close immediately.
The Microsoft Jet database engine could not find the object 'appendresource'. Make sure the object exists and that you spell its name and the path name correctly.
"
Basically there is nothing I can do about this, only to quit this program.
Has anyone here have any experience with this and would like to share solution, please?

Thank you.

Yes I do, of course. Just to make sure I reinstalled it and again same problem.

The AMR server is up and down at the moment, due to migration to a new host/server.

Vince says it should be stable by 5th?

This may be affecting things - as I can't start the software at all at the moment, because it won't see the server.

Same here.

I was just using it less than 8 hours ago & now I keep getting this message:

Please Note: Firewall and Anti-Virus Programs sometimes block amr internet access. Try lowering these and rerun.

You may be able to confirm that it is a .net problem by viewing your system event logs and getting some details there.

However, if the authentication network is having problems and it can't handle those problems you may get the same type of error.

Try running it on a VM.

Another thing you can look at is the version of .net installed. In your add/remove programs do you show .net 2 3 and 4?

I am having a 4 version of .net, and it is okay. The problem with this is not my computer, it seems that AMR staff need to check their servers, or whatever.
I posted here just to check if anyone else has the same error.
