AMR Question

I've had it for awhile but I have so many IM projects making me huge money right now that I haven't played with this yet. I just tried to do a test run tonight with the sign-up's but I noticed a sh*t load failed, I set up the pop3 and username etc all up correctly (I read the manual) but I'm still not seeing a good sign-up success rate. Can anyone shoot me over PM a few pointers, not looking for a method, just a few tips to increase % a bit.

just because I'm a 'New' Faggot on BHW doesn't mean I'm new to IM, I'm sure someone can share 1-2 tips on how to get a better success rate without giving away the entire method.
