I just purchased AMR. It keeps saying its busy...I can't even loan my information. Is this normal?

It happens mate. It will come back up eventually. The program just needs a major overhaul as it's become a little outdated.

Happened to me. I uninstalled and installed the newest version off of their website. Problem solved.

They are having some kinds of server issue, and yes, it will come back
