Amonetize's rates at an all time low?

When looking at october 350 installs gave around $150+ every time
looking at this month 350 installs never give more than $75....

And the average US install seems to give almost 50% less than compared to october...

I got a feeling i should be making $150 a day and not $75...
What are your thoughts?

tried changing it to direct download, that resulted in chrome screaming "VIRUS!"
so i made a brand new installer and tried the java script download. let's see if that changes anything. I was using the old installer (which should still work)
I will update you on the result tomorrow

nopes, i use their java script code.

also generating a new code seems to have done the trick. i have made $50 in 9 hours... so maybe the fault was mine ^^

I guess that was just wishful thinking :/
US installs give half a dollar on average... they used to give one USD on average

Damn... I love amonetize and want to stay with them, but these rates are a real downer

He pretty much just said that rates go up and down, and that their rates are "a bit lower" right now...
Wonder if this is the same for all PPI companies... the current bad rate i mean.
340 installs right now, $87 earnings, so atleast the average has gone up today, but still not near the $150ish i had in december with the same amount of installs.
US installs is up a bit compared to yesterday too, 90 installs, $50 profit. in october i got almost twice that for US installs...

Oh well, i still love amonetize, so i'm gonna stick to them still and see how it develops

In october 250 installs gave me $140
Today 500 installs gave me $135
Maybe i should go back to surveys instead :/

Hi BHW Members,

Google and the Anti virus companies are putting a lot of pressure on the entire PPI industry.
It is clear that our (and others) download managers are not a viruses or distributing viruses.
We are putting a lot of effort to keep our solution clean. Of course this is effecting the revenue you all see.
Get in touch with your AM for further help.

Thank you for that! Any sort of response is better than no response. Even a negative response is better than no response.

Not just chrome but with all the browsers,when I try to download installer usually nothing happens...

april-something url also blacklisted, same as tsunami-something url.
hell, i can't even download my files myself

I'm loosing my money almost by 90 % . 3 days before it was 50% . No leads are generating . This needs to be adressed fast. If any staff from amonetize here please look at this problem and provide solution as fast as possible

I don't know if this will help you or not, but i think it helped me a bit. The rates are still very low, but atleast I am now getting something. Instead of using the code from the download manager I built my download manager and downloaded it, then zipped it and uploaded it on my web hotell (tried uploading the zipped file to mediafire, but mediafire flagged it after one or two hours).
After that i changed the download link on my homepage to the file I am now hosting myself. The problem with this is that when the download manager is updated you risk not getting paid for installs, which is what I think happened to me.

I uploaded the file to my own web hotell, changed the download link to that file, and for ~8 hours i got downloads again, after that the downloads stopped and people started complaining that all they got from the file was an error message about communication or something... so I re-made the installer and re-uploaded it, and BOOM, downloads started rolling in again (still at a much lower rates than before, but still way better earnings than when trying to used their code for installer download, as those links are all blocked currently by google).

My guess would be that untill they fix all the blocked URLS one has to continiously zip and upload the installer to ones own hosting, and often replace that file with a freshly created one.

Thanks broda for suggestion and tips. I've more than 25 websites . I cannot update the link each time. I'll wait until amonetize find solution. Today 40 instals $5 , before i used to have 200+ instals at current time.

Hosting the file on my own site did the trick

500 installs today, which is pretty high for me. The rates though are quite horrible, but atleast i make alot more than when i used their code on my homepage for downloads. I also got alot of complaints that the download never started using the code...
When i generate the installer through the amonetize homepage I try to download the direct link file. As long as that file is blocked I will stick to hosting the file myself. No point trying to get others to download it while I can't even do it myself.

So the installs is fixed for me (with a little extra hassle and work), now all I need is the rates amonetize had before, and I will making pretty money again

i am fairly sure this is just a coincidence (aren't i the optimist?) but last hour i got 25 installs, and that gave me $10.55
thats pretty close to the original rates i was getting just a few months back

let's see how it goes
