Not for the past three years, but they might be changing things due to the recent bigger blocks in industry. Last month my AM also left the company together with some ppl, but they're still in business and operating

Sounds like a typical excuse for lowering the rates...
anyone got paid this month ? I know its only 16th but you know how it is these days...
They told me we are supposed to receive payment today but still nothing.

I haven't got my payment yet, but I opted for ACH instead of PayPal, meaning that I might have to wait a couple of days for it to post.
