I seen on My payment history like this : Feb 19, 2015 USD 2xxx.xxx PayPal Submitted
What's that means?

I have the same exact thing, and I really don't know, I'm waiting for my manager to get online so I can speak with him about it, what I was told is there are issues with paypal payments right now and their financial team is trying to get it fixed, we will see soon enough...

Paid, Amonetize is a really professional network so I doubt they would ever take the money and run, but you can never be too careful, any way, back to making money...
