So. I tried to download the amonetize setup myself and got the warning on bitly that its a dangerous site (mediafire)
I skipped of course, but other people won't skip it but probably leave it as they wouldn't risk.

When downloaded, Google says it dismissed the file because it may harm your computer.

1: Is there any url shortener that don't put warning on my link ? ( I can't make my own url shortener yet)

2: Most people use Google Chrome, that's why it would be really sad if everyone would become that warning.. no wonder I didn't get even a Single install from 500 views.

Should I use something else then mediafire ? Or is it because of the file itself?

You can try to zip it then upload to mediafire, that way a visitor wont get any bad message from chrome

too bad many people don't know how to open zip/rar files. I did find a work around for my chrome users, its as simple as having them download the file through other means.

That's why i even didn't bother answering to Sleem because i already wrote on another thread that i don't want to rar/zip the files because many people would not know or not have winrar installed.

is the method of yours a secret? could you pm me ? is it about uploading the file somewhere else then mediafire or ?

even if you manage to trick bit.ly and chrome, better AVs will still pick up most of these adware infested exe files and send them to quarantine and if it goes through the defense of the AVs for some strange reason, Windows will give you another warning after you try to run the .exe, any .exe which is downloaded from the net btw

and JFYI .zip is natively supported in Windows, you don't need a third party app like WinRAR to be able to open it, however it wouldn't help much, because AVs can scan a .zip too in case if it's not password protected
