Since the software I use works flawlessly on the US IP, I am looking for US location hosting. (as offshore)
I'd appreciate it if you could recommend offshore hosting for the US location. Thank you.

offshore simply means outside US. I dont think anyone can ignore US laws in US

America isn't offshore, forget that.

US is only good for freedom of speech. Nothing more than that.
In US you can't ignore DMCA.

Using US servers to ignore DMCA is ridiculous and you can get suspended.
