Probably. But I wouldn't recommend using it for anything but testing. Why? Because once aMember finds out about your membership site, using their software illegally, they can simply contact your hosting company and have it shut down. That's what happened to a friend of mine who tried this.

Properly nulled their is no evidence of which script it is and isn't, and aMember will never find out. Because legally a hosting company cannot release information about the scripts/files their customers use, unless via court order.
Odds are, aMember is not about to hire an attorney for $200.00.

Actually, I made a mistake when I originally wrote the above. I thought it was aMember when in reality it was vBulletin that contacted my friend's hosting company and had his website temporarily suspended. Once he removed vBulletin from his site, the hosting company reinstated it. Now he uses SMF. Although, personally I think his forums functioned and looked much better when he was using vBulletin.
