AmazonUK residential address - how to remove it?

Does anybody know how to remove the residential address on amazonuk accounts that force you to have at least 1 residential address? Some accounts you can remove all addresses. But some are accounts are sticky and will force you to have 1 uk residential/business address. I've tried adding foreign addresses, collection points, but still won't allow to remove that final residential address. Problematic for returns on 2 accounts over the weekend.

Anyone know why some accounts are sticky requiring a residential address and some aren't and how to get around it on the sticky accounts?
