when using turk to water down cpa traffic is it possible to get a ton of different workers? in other words, i don't want the same ip to hit my cpa offer over and over or else what's the point?

I think you can limit it so one account can only do it once, I could be wrong though.

The answer to the original question is Yes. Requesters can design HITs such that individual workers may only accept a HIT once. It would still be possible (although highly unlikely) to see multiple workers coming from the same IP address so if you want to cure that remaining bugset the easiest way is to just have the worker submit a key they get from a web page you design that verifies their IP address against a blacklist of completed assignments.
