Hey, I'm trying to decide. I want to do the process that is involved in the Amazonian Profit Plan. But I cant decide, should i use a squidoo post or a website. I feel like the squidoo post would be easy and would rank faster. Regardless I'll create tons of backlinks to either one. So will it be a good idea to do the squidoo page?

I would personally setup my own website. Your Squidoo page can be taken away from you easily.

If I had to choose, I would use my own domain. But that's me and some prefer web2.0 stuff.

Better yet, why not do both?

Always use your own domain and hosting. Squidoo could shut down your site at any time and there goes all your money if you were making any.

It's less than $10 for a domain name and you can do whatever you want with it and not risk getting it shut down.
