I have an affiliate account there with a few bucks in it but not enough for a payout. Got it a while back when i still had a product review website but that site is dead now.

Now my question is: Will i get another review from them when i receive enough comission for a payout?

Because i want to promote links via Twitter and I'm not sure if that's against their ToS, or am I good 2 go?

It may depend on how long the site has been dead. If more than a few years, they may review it again. Not sure though, I've heard a few things here but don't have any experience myself.
