Amazon vcc not working??

Did see a place for amazon so posted here. New amazon stealth. Put vcc to verify credit card. It worked then a few days later got message card not valid enter new one??

I though I read somewhere that amazon was now charging the seller pro fees upfront maybe thats why the card is being rejected? No money? They used to offer 30 day trial and by the time that was up had some sells to pay fees.

Its been a while and things have changed a lot. Anyone know why the vcc is not working?

It was a vcc for paypal . Its been quite a while since I opened an amazon stealth account.

Does anyone know Vcc that's working for amazon?
Are they charging the 1st month seller fees upfront now?
