amazon vat invoices

hello guys, well i been searching high and low for a solution to a minor problem we have, am looking for some software that i can download all my historic vat invoices from amazon if this is possible from my order history

i see there are massive uk sellers vat registered companies pushing 3-400 orders a day from amazon dropshipping through ebay, my question is i know they dont print every invoice off one by one, is there a solution to this and any pointers would be greatly appreciated on how i can save some major time and concerntrate on growing my buisness
