Back in november I listed a product with barcode and all specifications on Amazon, the guy ordered then said it's incorrect HDD size on tablet. He then proceeded to lie and say it didn't get shipped in time, which is a lie because I have delivery confirmation and shipped it within 2 hours of him ordering it. Now Amazon says I owe over $300 to this guy I told him to ship it back and if it's in the same condition I can refund him, but he said he isn't responsible for shipping back, and Amazon is siding with him. I removed my Credit Card, but every month Amazon e-mails me back saying add a CC and refund him the money. Is this hurting my credit score? The guy speaks broken English despite living in New York, he doesn't reply to my e-mails. Amazon since has suspended my account, should I just leave the account and start a new one?
