Amazon to eBay - VAT is different

If I dropship from Amazon.com to eBay.com I run into the VAT issue - it is different and depends on the shipping location and I have to collect it myself.
I don't have these problems when dropshipping in europe. How can I handle this?

Price items on ebay high enough to still land profit while taking into consideration the highest VAT possible

You can also put vat on the preferences in us states so when you list you can just check the box which says use usa vat and then it will put their taxes automatically by us state
