Amazon to eBay repricer with automated ordering

So I'm looking into getting custom software made to handle the above title, does anyone know where to look to get something like this done? Ideally from somebody whose done this sort of thing before. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Pretty lofty software I'm guessing your budget is big? Don't know anyone to do it, but would be curious to about how much one would charge

I've been quoted $20K for custom eBay software that I'd guess would be less complex than what the OP wants. I don't know I'd want to buy software that's being sold to other people because all those copies would be competing against each other.
