Amazon-To-eBay: More than 20 Amazons accounts already closed.

Hey,
I'm dropshipping products from Amazon to eBay. Doing it for awhile and making nice profit.
My system is mostly automated and I have about 150 orders a day(and getting better and better)


I have a dedicated server(different IPs) for each amazon account, different credit card different names.
I'm opening new account and it can stay form 3 days to 30 days before it getting closed(Amazon warnings about prime).

Does anybody solved it? When scaling to 150 order a day I have about 8 different accounts in the same time. I'm not sure if it's the quantity of accounts or something else.
Should I pay for Prime? I'm using the free 30 days(mostly never get so far with it).

They are closing the accounts because youre not allowed to dropship items that has the prime discount.
 
If you're trying to beat the prime discount, you're going to struggle with it. Personally, for items over $35 I use a separate account without prime. This might help you a bit, but Amazon's system is pretty good for detecting abuse of Prime trials and Prime accounts. The Prime accounts TOS clearly states that its not for drop shipping type businesses.
 
Seems that you kind of answered your own question. Using prime excessively will get your account banned, like the other posters have mentioned. Not using Prime will definitely keep you off the radar and is better for long term sustainability. But you could save a buck or two using prime and have the extra work and cost of making new accounts every few days.
 
Guys thanks for the responses. I know there is out there a big sellers that use Amazon Prime, they have about 2500 orders per day, so I know that there is a way. maybe the way is to open accounts every day maybe it's there is smarter way that I miss :|
Like I said I had accounts that has been buying for almost all the Prime trail (30 days).

well if I were to use prime PERSONALLY i'd not drop-ship. I know a few sellers who have prime and use the Homestore method

Id ship myself a base-amount of product and just keep using the profit to order more.

Perhaps a few drop-shipped orders would be fine but honestly stay away from prime.

But then you can't ship with 2 day shipping - I'm a top rated seller and that might hurt the tracking rate, doesn't it?

It's total off topic - but we used Python/Django/Postgres because we want to develope it fast and performance doesn't matter.

Does anybody have a better solution? I'm willing to pay.
 
I mean honestly this is just what comes with using a method like that,Amazon to ebay is like the blackhat method of e-commerce and with blackhat there is no "longterm" but just making what you have figured to work multiply(with blackhat it's pretty much strength in numbers/quantity).You personally sound like you're doing pretty good in my eyes, even if you was making $1 per sale you'd be clearing what half of America doesn't even see a month(according to stats that is).What I WOULD be worrying about if you aren't is putting something aside for taxes,other than that it seems all you have to do to solve your "issue" is just buy/make amazon accounts in bulk and have them waiting.

We do thinking about it but we not sure if we have markert for people for that, so we don't want to spend developing time to make it work as a Saas

I'm using python to automate amazon to ebay dropshipping. For Ebay, I'm using their API system using my personal ebay account. In order to check product availability and price changes on Amazon, I'm doing scraping using rotating proxies. I'm assuming that I can't use amazon's API becuase I'd get banned and it's not easy getting access to their API. Right? Or am I wrong about not using Amazon's API.


So far, I think I have figured out how to eventually automate price and availability from Amazon to ebay for my listed items. The next stage for me is to figure out how to setup automatic shipping from amazon to ebay. This will probably involve using several amazon accounts, which I can set up by hand. But I don't know where to start with automated shipping. The only idea that I have is to use browser controlling modules in python (such as selenium) or, in the worst case scenario GUI a-utomation modules (I really want to avoid this option!)


Is there an easier way to this (even if it isn't using python, I heard something about Django and some other coding languages) or do you have any other recommendations for setting up automated shipping from amazon to ebay?

I can't say much because my partners don't want me to, I hope you understand this.
Just few hints:
1. Yes, you can use Amazon API for prices and availability.
2. Yes, you need many accounts (can be open automatically)
3. Stay away from selenium, not worth it.

We did it all with python :)
