Amazon to Ebay dropship advice required

Hello guys , i've got to say i fell so lucky to have found this forum and its great to be here. Since i've found this forum i've been lurking and one day i've decided to try doing some Amazon to Ebay dropship.
I've made a Ebay account using my personal infos(name , adress , paypal) --- ( do keep in mind that i live in EU and the account was created on .com site) , posted some items (2 or 3) and got the business going.
Got the account running for ~week , had a few sales, all sunshine and rainbows in EbayLand.
I was selling a laptop cooler , had a few sales with it , having no problems , and then disaster struck.
A RETURN that got me banned . I'm thinking because i was from EU , having a brand new account that had only a few sales and a return got me banned.
So here we are , after a few months i'm thinking of getting back. I was browsing through the forum and found Ebay account with high limit for sale , and also PP accounts and i don't wanna get banned the second time.
So these questions pop up in my mind
1. If i'm buying a ebay account and paypal account what else can i do to stay safe?
2. Is there any chance that they trace my ip , and even if i have a new ebay account and paypal account still get banned.
3. Is it really necessary to get a new paypal account? If i use my old one(the one that i used in the banned account) do i get caught?
4. If i'm from EU and selling in US is there a problem? If so , what can i do?
5. Am i risking my Amazon account too?

Any advice and suggestions would be appreciated , thank you guys!

1. Yes you need to cover your tracks so ebay don't tie the new account with your old banned one
2. Yes ip is one of the ways they can link your accounts

4. I don't think this was the problem, I may be wrong though. You can still dropship to ebay uk and make a lot of money.

You'll need a stealth account if you want to get back into ebay. Visit the aspkin forum they sell stealth ebay and paypal accounts.

I've read a lot about stealth accounts when I was debating getting one but have never actually bought one so I can't give a proper answer. You need to do some research on it. It's not just a case of buying a new high limit account and away you go.

Learn the ways of the stealth and keep to it meticulously. Don't ever get lazy.

IP should be in the country your account is registered in and must not be connected to your past banned account.

Yes, linking a paypal to eBay links them forever. You can't take a banned account and link it to a new one because now all three are linked.

The problem will be how to handle customer service and returns. If buyers find out that you don't have your act together the chances of you getting scammed goes up dramatically.

Accounts for buying are at much lower risk but they may ban you if you are abusing prime.

Yes, linking a paypal to eBay links them forever. You can't take a banned account and link it to a new one because now all three are linked.

What do you suggest i use to hide my ip?
Ways of the stealth , can you name some so i know where to start?
I'm not lazy , i'm a newbie . Guess thats why i also got banned , so that's why i'm posting here , so it won't happen again.

VPN or VPS is the recommended way for what you are trying to do.

There are several guides on the internet. Most of them are decent. Few of them give you outright bad information.

I did an AMA thread a while ago here. You can get tips there although it's not geared toward arbitrage selling.

What guides do you recommend?

For those selling in EU and want those kind if accounts, there are multiple people selling accounts for that. DO NOT mask your IP, it does not work, ebay will notice right away. It is better to use fresh ips, or set up a VPN. Many people that sell stealth accounts will offer guides to keeping them open, otherwise they will go out of business because they are far too easy to get shut down.

These are not the problem. You can easily buy vnp for 10usd for each eBay account or just buy stealth. The biggest problems are:
1. How to transfer your money from PP to debit card and buy from amazon?
2. How to pay taxes?
It is real business and it works well, but there is just no way to pay your taxes and you are in trouble
