Amazon tax information

Hey guys
I just got this notification "Before we can pay you, we must have your Tax information. Note that only the primary account holder can enter this information
Im not a us citizen or resident but two weeks ago i changeed my payment method i connect my payonner card with my amazon account after i had check payment method.
By the way im just affiliate
anyone can help me please.

Even if you're just an affiliate if you want to receive payments you'll have to enter the information they need to justify all the expenses on their end too.
