Amazon Tax Information. Need some advice

Hello. Today I logged in to my associates account and saw this message "Before we can pay you, we must have your Tax Information. Note that only the primary account holder can enter this information." I'm a non US-Resident and my address in my account is not under united states. It's quite confusing though. I don't know shit about taxes. Could it be that I am using payoneer to receive payment?

There is a box you check for not being resident in the US.

It is all pretty basic. Don't worry.

Doesn't matter if you are not a US citizen - you still have to fill out all this sh!t. I don't like it at all. If you get paid in Amazon Gift voucher - do you have to give tax info too?

I am not a US citizen, i fill all the details without having to provide additional information. All I entered are already in my account- i.e. Names, address, country, etc.

Hey guys. Thanks for the response. Apparently i got it all sorted out. Amazon's customer service is really good though.

what do you need help with, your name, address or what?

it's a matter of simply filling in your details regardless where you're from.

They ask me to Complete IRS Form W-8IMY idon't have any idea
or can i resubmit my information to avoid completing IRS form
