Amazon: Special category approval

I need to get approved to sell in clothing category on amazon. i need to format inventory into excel format with amazon requirements...for example: product on white background.all amazon requirements are on template they provide for this special category. i have about 200products that need to be uploaded/formatted,etc for approval. i supply the amazon template to serve as a guide & pix of product inventory i have. need quote!
